RED HOUSE are on the road again with their new work “CHIHUAHUA BOOGIE”, the making of magic by a group with years of experience behind them in this art form, and with the care, professionalism and artistry that characterizes them, greater than the reputation that precedes them.
Not only that, but they have the amazing collaborations of “Blue Lou” Marini (founding member and saxophone of the mythical Blues Brothers Band) and Gene Taylor (piano player of the legendary Canned Heat, The Blasters and The Fabulous Thunderbirds) and with Spanish guitarists Ramon Arroyo (Los Secretos) and Gaby Jogeix along with drummer Carlos Sanchez and bass player Manuel Bagüés (Marlango, Revolver). We are also lucky to find Lou Marini and Gene Taylor playing their music in Spain as they are frequent guests of Red House during their numerous performances and tours, and have been well received and critically acclaimed during their visits. In the case of Lou, the fusion of and good vibes has led him to compose several songs together with Red House on this new and exciting CD for your enjoyment. Here is the new RED HOUSE, perhaps the best classic R&B band in this country, with their recently received “Guille” award in recognition for the best live show in Madrid and their new album complete with heavyweight international artists. A show you must not miss... RED HOUSE: 21 First Century Blues for the most demanding fan.
