A guitar record, a two guitar record, this is what Manu Galvin and Christophe Maroye offer us. Ouh là là, it smells of the competition of picks, bloody duels, fights with sleeves, the end of pieces knocked out on the strings .. of guitars. Not at all ! So much the better, we're over the age. No fight, even less competition, but sharing, respect, listening, complementarity as in the friendship that unites them. First of all, Manu is not the kind of guy who puts himself forward. Sideman appreciated in the world the variety (Le Forestier, Mitchell, Birkin, Renaud ...) and the blues (JJ Milteau) he does not refrain from forays into jazz, in concert and on records with Eric Séva or as a host on TSF Jazz. Christophe is not the type to roll his shoulders either, rather the type to always joke and with kindness, not wearing his talent as a banner; and a very personal sound.
