The exchange started with the big band "Arrow Jazz Orchestra" based in Kansai and the live performance at Billboard Osaka on March 20, 2015. After that, it will be held every year at Billboard Osaka. Arrow jazz is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. I devised something that I could do together and came up with this work.
