Dave Bailin & the Bailouts is a band out of Salem Massachusetts that formed in 2009 with some of the best talent around. Singer, songwriter, guitarist, harmonica player and frontman Dave Bailin spent years in blues bands, original rock bands and playing acoustic music as a soloist before finding his musical soulmates in Eric Reardon(lead guitar) and Steve Peabody(Drums) who share much of the same influences and vision. Their live performances have made them a popular night out in the Salem area amongst a loyal following. Their first album "On The Wire" released in 2011 was recorded live to capture that energy and put the listener in the bar with them. Their new album Dave Bailin & the Bailouts "Studio Recordings" released November 14th, 2014 highlights the true talent, creativity and songwriting they are known for. Steve Burke, a young impressive bass player known for playing around town in jazz bands came in to record tracks half way through the sessions and ended up joining the band proving to sure up one of the best rhythm sections around. The Bailouts have been known to bring in other well known musicians to join them on their larger venue gigs. Some of the areas best musicians known locally in nationally appear on this album. You can clearly hear the many influences the band draws from; Stones, Dylan, Hendrix, Almonds, Funk, Soul, Blues and a passion soaked ballad, it's all there. Rock and Roll is alive and well! Enjoy at full volume!
