Young stars of strings are so good, precise and accurate they'd make the famous old masters blush with envy. Renaud Capucon's Kreisler Guarneri shines and Gautier's cello resonates a beautiful baritone. These two brothers are France's finest (Renaud has an upcoming cd titled The Violin King, "The Violon Roi", too bad they are not a trio on records with Antoine Tamestit, they'd be an unprecedented trio. They are a joy to watch and they sound divine and Brahms is their specialty - all their Brahms recordings are excellent. So sit back and savor the sound. Yes, I love my Heifetz and Rostropovich version almost as much as the one from these guys.
