Anxiety - If I Were... (1995)

Anxiety was a short-lived hard rock band from Montreal formed in the early 90s with two albums. If I were… is the band’s second album released in 1995 via Magada Records and produced by Bill Szawlowsky while the song “You’re The One” produced by James Christian. Song writing is pretty good too, not all parties and sumemrtime love, but some thought provoking stuff amongst the lot, with a stellar production job, gang vocals and excellent musicianship. There’re 3-4 excellent tracks on here, including the incredible “Onnie” and “Take Me All The Way”, with the remaining songs all very solid. The song “When I’m Around You” also appeared in the compilation “Impact Music Volume Three” released in 1994.
