Lovers (French: Amants) is a 2020 French romantic thriller film directed by Nicole Garcia, from a screenplay by Garcia and Jacques Fieschi. It stars Stacy Martin, Pierre Niney and Benoît Magimel.

It had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on 3 September 2020.

Paris-born Grégoire Hetzel is a César Awards nominated music composer who emerged onto the film scene in the early 2000s scoring movies by acclaimed directors Arnaud Desplechin (« Oh Mercy! », « Ismael's Ghosts », « My Golden Days », « Kings and Queen », « A Christmas Tale »), Bertrand Blier (« Convoi exceptionnel »), Mathieu Amalric (« The Wimbledon Stadium ») and Emmanuel Bourdieu (« Intrusions », « Poison Friends »). He also scored movies from Denis Villeneuve (« Incendies »). A former student of Paris Conservatory, Hetzel started his performing career whilst performing on the piano to silent films at the French Cinémathèque. Having been called a soulchild of Georges Delerue, Hetzel is versatile and able to shift from pop music scores to electronic soundscapes, writing big symphonic scores as well as folk tunes – which he did for the Australian movie « The Tree ». Hetzel also scored movies from Martin Provost, Catherine Corsini, Anne Fontaine, Cédric Anger, Emmanuel Mouret and Mathieu Demy among others.
