A superb live album from the great, all-star saxophone repertory band, ROOTS, recorded live at Muddy's Club in Weinheim, Germany, and encompassing as is the ROOTS tradition tributes to some of the great saxophonists in jazz, arranged by Benny Golson, Kirk Lightsey, Nathan Davis and Buster Williams.
The album is dedicated to the late Don Pullen, the original pianist with the band.
