Cayn Borthwick - Big City Remixes (2021) Hi-Res

Cayn Borthwick announces Big City Remixes, a collection of re-imagined tracks from his 2020 album Big City Whispers.

Described as the missing link between Arthur Russell and Suicide, Cong Josie's musical mastermind Cayn Borthwick has invited four of his favourite Melbourne producers to take his minimal synths, yacht-rock melodies and lush ambience to new dance floor extremes.

'Transit' (The Person's Berlingo Party Mix) comes from the lush and synth laden work of The Person (aka Minna Wight).

'Web' (Leo James Remix) is a dirgy, dubbed-out take featuring Leo James' impeccable taste and mixing skills.

'Lizard Brain' (STATUE's Cold Touch) brings Lizard Brain to the techno dance floor, courtesy of STATUE (aka Melbourne drummer Tom Gould).

'Keep Me' (Johnny Cayn Car Boot Redo feat. Cong Josie) is a bush-bashing hoedown featuring rising star Cong Josie on the throat pipes.
