Paulinho Vicente - Real Time (2021) Hi Res

Drummer Paulinho Vicente will release on digital platforms on December 10th, Real Time, his first album. Alongside Daniel D’Alcantara (trumpet), Felipe Silveira (piano), Thiago Alves (acoustic bass) and Nailor Proveta (saxophone and clarinet), the musician presents American standards.

Recorded as if it were a concert, with everyone together, the album is an extension of what Paulinho has been doing on tours and performances with this group and also with several other instrumentalists, over the last ten years.

A BA in popular music from UNICAMP, Paulinho Vicente has already recorded or played with Joyce Moreno, Dominguinhos, Céu, Jairzinho, Renato Teixeira, Toninho Horta, Alexandre Mihanovich, Filó Machado, Daniel D'Alcantara, Roberto Sion, Yuri Poppoff, Michel Leme, Sizão Machado, Vitor Alcântara, Bocato, Daniel Santiago, Salomão Soares, Michael Pipoquinha, among others. He has been with names of great expression in the world instrumental scene such as European saxophonists Baptiste Herbin (FRA), Lukas Pfeil (ALE) and German bassist Jens Lo. He played with Cuban musician Felipe Lamoglia, and American artists Ted Nash, Marcus Printup, Chad Lefkowitz, Jake Kelberman, Scott Belck, Trent Austin, Woody Witt, Ryan Keberle, Alejandro Aviles, Bob Shew, Davy Mooney, Alison Crocket, Ohad Talmor.
