Sons and Daughters were a Scottish rock band from Glasgow, Scotland, in existence from 2001 to 2012.

Records that instantly deliver can often leave you wanting more, while others slowly, but surely sink in and refuse to let go - that's Mirror, Mirror. Hunkered down in their rehearsal space Adele (vocals, guitar, piano), Scott (vocals, guitar), Ailidh (bass, mandolin, piano) and David (drums, percussion) had the task of following up on 2008's Bernard Butler-produced This Gift. Mirror, Mirror is a very different beast to its predecessor. A slow burning sensation, a wiry, raw, sensual injection of primal monochrome rock, it is thrillingly contemporary and totally unique by today's standards.
