Having been voted the Best Jazz Talent of the Year in 1998, Italian pianist Stefano Bollani’s talents have taken the acclaimed musician around the world and back, thrilling those as he does. Known for his collaborations with world famous Italian jazz trumpeter Enrico Rava, Stefano Bollani’s own arsenal of solo work is just as solid, including ‘Mi Ritorni in mente’ recorded as the Stefano Bollani Trio. This year hailed the release of his project ‘Sheik yer Zappa’ brings together work from his 2011 concerts that he dedicated to rock and roll’s Frank Zappa.
