For this, the second single from the project, the French guitarist joins forces with Malian singer Tina, known for dancing alongside Toumani Diabaté and Salif Keita.
With his Yeko project, the French artist Yohann Le Ferrand gathers African musicians from different backgrounds around his guitar. It represents a series of musical portraits in which he gives voice to different West African singers and aims to find a balance between ancestral cultures and contemporary music. “The Yeko project is a way of exploring different musical styles through the aesthetics and origins of each guest.
