Sue Moreno and Marco Di Maggio had been performing together on several occasions before they started writing and eventually recording together in 2003. All songs on this brand new studio-album were recorded in Italy at the Di Maggio studios. Bye Bye Blues contains original cuts written by Marco Di Maggio and Sue Moreno, plus amazing renditions of songs like Bye Bye Blues. The astounding guitarwork of Marco combined with the fantastic overdubbed vocals of Sue bring the magic of Les Paul&Mary Ford back to life again. The album has a great variety of musical styles. It goes from jazzy tunes like the subtle Forever to rockabilly songs as Rock 'n Roll Party and Honey Cause I Love You. On the beautiful duet I'll Never Be Free the influence of western swing can be heard, and the Everly Brothers' Temptation adds some indispensable rock 'n roll to the record.
