The pandemic was a sudden shutdown, but also an opportunity. The newly found free time made it possible to devote oneself to certain projects left fallow. This was the case for the duo formed by two musicians from Trois-Rivières, soprano Marianne Lambert and harpist Valérie Milot who recorded their long-desired duo album, Canzone di Notte. The 19-track release features primarily Italian music, with selections from Giovanni Sgambati, Antonio Vivaldi, Vincenzo Bellini, Gaetano Donizetti, and Gioachino Antonio Rossini, alongside other major Classical composers.
