Vera Van Der Poel - Time Versus Time (2017) Lossless

Singer/songwriter Vera van der Poel (Amsterdam) loves musical adventures and created a beautiful and personal mix between rock and jazz. So she found herself a special place in the musicscene of The Netherlands.
With her own bands like Mimezine (electrodance), Beeswamp (funksoul), Voer (crossover-jazz), she made furore, released different CDs and toured around Holland, Europe and abroad. Also different productions at the Parade, an Opera, performed in radio/tv commercials, acting, projects such as with Zapp4 Stringquartet, The Nits, musical trips from Honduras till Afghanistan, colaborated with artists like Junkie XL, New Cool Collective, the Finnish Värttinä and much more formed her who she is today: a singer at heart, songwriter, producer, pianist, guitarist, in short, a wide oriënted musical centipede. All this she centered in her solo project.

Vera's second album Time Versus Time (2017) is more rough, according to the Love and Taboo which is more acoustic, and almost all songs are recorded with a liveband. Stagnation and motion, the past, wisdom and ephemerality are themes in Vera's songs at Time Versus Time.
