This Musici Aurei concert - created and directed by cellist Luigi Piovano - was performed in the Bulgari garage in Rome, among the vintage cars, providing a novel interpretation of Vivaldi's Four Seasons together with a full colour booklet with sumptuous photos by Michele Mari.

Luigi Piovano, conductor and cellist, offers both virtuosity and sensuality: Vivaldi played heart on sleeve. For more than 30 years Nicola Bulgari, Vice-Chairman of the contemporary Italian jeweler, BVLGARI, has been assembling one of the world’s largest collections of antique and vintage Buick automobiles. Bulgari’s passion for Buicks dates back to his childhood in Rome when Buick was the car of choice for dignitaries, diplomats, heads of state and even the Vatican. He maintains two collections: one in Rome, Italy – the other in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
