The guitarist Jorge Abadias presents his most recent collection Retrato.
This new disc brings together ten original pieces which emerge from this moment in his artistic process; a result of the experiences he has shared with some of the most outstanding musicians on the jazz scene today.
Jorge Abadias has wanted to grasp each and every one of these moments. He has brought them together as a collage of pieces featuring different musical groups, each one connected to the others as expressions arising from Abadias’ compositions.
Through the strength of his musical vision and the presence of these excellent musicians, Retrato offers us a unique opportunity to share with him his experience of here and now.
