CORE OF SOUL's secod album. Core of Soul (formerly Core of Sun) was a Japanese alternative rock/pop band. The trio consisted of Fukiko Nakamura (fukko - vocals), Rui Song (guitar), and Keisuke Iizuka (keyboard). Rui and Fukko were childhood friends. They formed the band as "Core of Sun" along with Keisuke Iizuka when they reunited at school in Osaka. However, Rui did not think the word "sun" fit well, and the name was changed to "Core of Soul." They won a prize and some recognition at the Teen's Music Festival in 1999, and released their debut single "Photosynthesis" under Toshiba EMI in 2001. They disbanded March 24, 2006 after completing their Asian tour in Osaka.

Since then, singer Fukko has continued her solo career under the stage name LOVE.
