"Lineature is an Album consisting of a ten solo piano pieces set composed and improvised by Marco Pomelli. Each track offers an heterogeneity of musical ideas and timbrical nuances, creating a personal multi-dimensional soundscape. Through the use of extended techniques which utilise the potential of the entire piano, Marco Pomelli creates sounds reminiscent of other instruments that cannot quite be defined. These sounds are oneiric and natural, like in a freehand drawing where lines intertwine; sometimes spontaneously entangling, while at other times embracing."
