From Southern Maine just over the border of the northernmost seacoast of New Hampshire, 23-year-old Lina Tullgren speaks her mind with electric guitar in hand and a uniquely formed style from the many years of fiddle lessons she had growing up. Her morphing interaction with music has mirrored a growing determination to harness her ability to melodically and lyrically express complex emotions.

Alec Toku Whiting is a composer, improviser, koto player, and mandolinist from Yokohama, Japan. His work is concerned with the multiplicity of perspective, and the possibility for the shared artistic experience to be a physical site for both unification and refraction.
