Since its inception, the album titles of the Liquid Mind series have reflected my own journey to health, and Liquid Mind XIV: Simplicity is no exception. In our interconnected e-world, distractions can be frequent. However, time is our most valuable asset, and in order to honor what’s important to me, I’ve learned to more carefully choose how I spend my time. In this regard, two things have helped me: Meditation for a deeper perspective on my life’s priorities, and having the courage to simplify my life to honor the principles and priorities I value. I’m deeply grateful for your support of Liquid Mind for so many years, and my heartfelt thanks to those who contribute their talent to this series, and to those of you who have encouraged me to continue this journey. A reminder: As my music appears to deeply relax some folks, please do not listen while driving or operating machinery of any kind, and drive safely at all times!
