„We have been here before", the 7th longplayer of BLACK SPACE RIDERS is finally here.
Since the last release, the double release of AMORETUM Vol.1 & Vol.2 in 2018, four years have passed, almost an astronomical amount of time for the prolific Münster-based band. A time in which a lot has happened very quickly in this world .... A time that the band has used to develop even further, to present themselves once again more mature and even more diverse.
Discover a a rousing musical journey through sound, space and time over four vinyl sides, two CDs, 15 tracks, over 84 minutes... the perfect soundtrack for your own personal movie. Everything is there that the BSR fan loves about this band and also some new things to discover. The tracks: from concise to exuberant, from melancholic to massive. The music is filled with a great love of melodies, atmosphere, groove and arrangement: sometimes quiet and dreamy, then again progressively intricate flowing into powerful riffing.
Often it seems as if everything is running in phases, in recurring, slowly meandering cycles. On different levels - personal, social, cosmic - the album revolves thematically and lyrically around this basic idea, always following the music. Sometimes we think: We have been here before. At this place. At this time. Exactly here. When we are looking from further away, we realize: yes, it is moving forward, very slowly and in recurring, only at first glance similar cycles ....
