On the question of in which footsteps the three guys from Leipzig to commemorate, FOOTSTEPS call bands such as JIMI HENDRIX, FREE, DEREK & THE DOMINOS, GOV'T MULE, STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN, LED ZEPPELIN, BOB MARLEY, WALTER TROUT, JEFF BECK, and CREAM. Blues is clearly the business of Lucas FIEGE (guitar & vocals), Marius Gebhardt (drums) and Hendrik Herder (bass). The 1970s can greet and now also for the third time as tasty canned food.

Dusted to nix sounds on "Restringed" so long but, instead, there's a fresh mix of Blues, soul, rock and funky jams on the ears - a successful bridge between the seventies and the present time. Starting with the crisp opener "televised revolution" it goes beyond the violent rumbling "spying eyes" and the jammenden head Nicker "Thompson Stomp" to the dark rattling "statues & fools", while "Unicolored Town" brings unique JIMI HENDRIX references. With the title track "Restringed" the Threesomes are rubber again, to give the song title "Never Got The Blues" lie in the connection smooth. FOOTSTEPS have the Blues certainly and also celebrate him. Unusually short failed the fiddly "Prejam" with just 1:53 minutes, probably, it is actually the mood on "up all night", where these numbers little have in common with each other. LED ZEPPELIN salute motion at this point namely in deep relaxed slow, before "Dizzy Daisy" again in the full goes and asks "Brothers in mind" to the bluesy Mucker binge.
