Lafetah - O Bestiário (2022)

The singer and composer from Minas Gerais Lafetah has just released his first album: “O Bestiário”, which has nine original tracks and five interludes. Produced in São Paulo by Rico Manzano, the new work was born from the fascination of the man from Minas Gerais with the traditions of oral narrative, passed down from generation to generation around the world, with the objective of sharing stories of overcoming difficulties, anguish, love and spirituality. The album features the already released singles “Leviatã” feat. Vinijoe, “Zaga” feat. Mariana Cavanellas, “Flor de Jealousy” feat. Piettro, “Catuçaí” and “Wolf on the Divan”. Among the new tracks are “Corcel Encantado”, “Sinbad”, “Sofia (Menina Harpia)” and “Mestre Macaco” feat. Chronixta.

The interludes appear as perfect transitions between one song and another, further connecting the listener to the real meaning of this work.
