The album “El sueño sobre el Sueño” is like a book with several chapters, or like a miniseries with several episodes. There are 10 tracks that propose diverse imaginaries; many guest singers who helped to give voice to the stories; diversity of rhythms and densities; and a lot of approach to the song. It flirts with folklore (implementing melodies harmonized by thirds), blues and electronic music in more lethargic and climatic beats than in Barda's previous works.
We already knew the previews of this album Rama en el Rio (feat Gus Goncalves) and Naranja el Cielo (feat Aldo Benítez and Brawlio). Also participating is singer, songwriter and guitarist Manuela de las Casas on the track Versos en la Arena and the great Luvi Torres on the title track, El sueño sobre el sueño.
