Review by Andrew Hamilton
Morning, Noon & the Nite-Liters contains their biggest hit, the infectious "K-Jee," as well as "Tanga Boo Gonk," a highly contagious piece with jangling guitars and smart horn riffs, and "Pull Together," an instrumental that starts slow and then caterpillars up. The rest features more of the band's signature Meters/Booker T. & the MG's-ish breakbeat rhythms modernized by urban horn arrangements.
