Vocalist Karin Krog and pianist Steve Kuhn were reunited in 2005 for this duo session recorded at Oslo's Rainbow Studios.
Karin Krog is Norway's leading jazz vocalist and she is a unique song artist with a great international reputation, possessing her own recognizable style and voice. Pianist Steve Kuhn has made his reputation as a standards player, making some outstanding recordings for ECM. The two musicians first recorded together in 1974 when Kuhn joined Krog on her "We Could Be Flying" album.
They finally achieved their ambition to record as a duo in 2005 with this programme of classic jazz ballads including "We'll Be Together Again", "Time After Time" and Bert Bacharach's "Alfie".
