Montpellier's alternative rock scene continues to be in full swing. We want proof of this Deleo which is a group made up of Denis Navarro (guitar) and Emilie (vocals) ready to break the codes with their very first album entitled The Best Is Yet To Be.

Combining shoegaze, alternative rock and cold wave, the eleven tracks that make up Deleo's first album are a breath of fresh air. Beginning with a “Notice”, the group from Montpellier sends everything waltzing with these ferocious riffs and these absolutely cosmic synthetic stunts. And this is only the beginning because Emilie's powerful singing continues to gain height with "Cosmic" but also with "Back To Hell" and "Reason" which will devastate everything in their path.

With The Best Is Yet To Be, Deleo rightly imposes their mark. Whether on "Going Home" or on "Mythomania", the group from Montpellier achieves the perfect equation between melodic efficiency and a touch of cosmic passion. And it's not over because "Satellite" and "Lonesome Traveler" as well as the finale called "Game Lover" are enough to drive the point home on this authentic and electric first album. An honorable start for Deleo, to say the least.
