King Ayisoba - Don't Do the Bad Thing (2016)

Ghanaian musician Albert Apoozore, better known as King Ayisoba, was born in Bongo Soe in the northern region of Ghana.
King Ayisoba is known for his distinct style of music, which combines traditional kologo music with contemporary elements. Kologo is a traditional stringed instrument from the northern regions of Ghana.
He began playing kologo at a young age and was heavily influenced by traditional kologo music. However, he also grew up listening to contemporary music, which helped shape his personal style.
King Ayisoba’s music is characterized by its use of traditional kologo rhythms and melodies, combined with elements of electronic beats, reggae, and other contemporary genres. This fusion of traditional and contemporary elements creates a singular sound that is both modern and rooted in tradition.
