The performances on these discs are:

Grieg: Bergen Philharmonic/Karsten Andersen (Bergen, 1970)
Chopin: Leningrad Academy Symphony Orchestra/Arvid Jansons (Leningrad, 21 February 1960)
Rachmaninoff: Los Angeles Philharmonic/William Steinberg (Los Angeles, July 1968)
Prokofiev: USSR State Symphony Orchestra/Gennady Rozhdestvensky (Moscow, 1961)

As far as I know, there is no other live Ashkenazy Rach 3 other than the Steinberg. A recording of the Chopin exists with the NYPO and Barenboim (1971). There are a number of recordings of Ashkenazy doing the Prokofiev Nr.2, most notably with Kondrashin in 1963 in London. It is possible to make a complete live cycle of Prokofiev concertos with Ashkenazy - and a quite superb one at that.
