Brooklyn, NY-based pianist and composer Eric Li Harrison (aka Marigold Sun) presents 'The Sky is Different in Every City', the successor to his debut album 'Swimming', released in 2021. The 8-track album explores an improvisational tone, blending piano and Wurlitzer arrangements with warped synthesizers and dreamy textures. The album is full of celestial beauty and was deeply inspired by sky gazing and abstract cloud formations. Over the course of the album, he imagines the scene of a sunset where the sun never retreats behind the horizon, instead just dimming, eventually flickering out behind the endlessly shifting hues.

Recorded between Eric’s home in Brooklyn and a remote barn in the Catskill mountains of New York.
