Sunny and the Sunliners was a Chicano group from San Antonio that specialized in Tejano songs. Tejano music became increasingly popular in Texas around 1965 to date.

Sunny & the Sunglows, led by vocalist and chief songwriter Sunny Ozuna, were a cornerstone of San Antonio's now legendary tejano scene, melding doo wop, brown-eyed soul, Mexican conjunto, and Texas roots rock.
