The newest single by GNTL Motors "Sharp Dressed Route 66 Man" is a fusion of the iconic ZZ Top classic "Sharp Dressed Man" and the classic hit "Route 66" by Nat King Cole. The band has taken the classic rock anthem and given it a modern twist, creating a fresh and exciting new sound. The band has spiced up the soup also with their own ingredients, so you will get the whole meal with appetizers, main course and dessert.
During the last few years there have been a plethora of mashup videos in YouTube with classic songs mixed together, but there are not too many bands that can do the same thing live. GNTL Motors have taken the concept to another level with their Roadmovie Mashups and stage props that complement the theme. On stage the band has a drum set pimped out as a hot rod car, microphone stands made out of motorcycle wheels and exhaust pipes and guitars made of US register plates and oil cans. GNTL Motors’ repertoire includes songs from bands like ZZ Top, CCR, Guns ‘N Roses, Deep Purple, The Doors, The Rolling Stones and Free to name a few.
