Roberto Tola, guitarist and composer from Sardinia, the beautiful and exotic Island in the Mediterranean,
started to studying music when he was just 6 years old and in his almost 40 years of life in music, he has toured, performed and/or recorded with top class musicians, including Billy Cobham, Tom Harrell, Carla Bley, Steve Swallow, Andy Sheppard, Norma Winstone, Richard Galliano, Shakatak, Jill Saward, Bill McGee, Bob Mintzer, Eric Marienthal, Scott Wilkie, Bill Sharpe, Tim Collins, Najee, Paul Taylor, Paula Atherton, and many more.
His debut album Bein’ Green saw the light in May 2017, and counted with the participation of world class artists as Bob Mintzer, Najee, Skakatak, Bill McGee, Jill Saward, Bill Sharpe and Tim Collins. In 2020 he released his 2nd album Colors featuring Michael Lington, Paula Atherton, Bill McGee, Darryl Walker and more, followed in 2022 by his 3rd album titled Kon Tiki (Billy Cobham, Eric Marienthal, Scott Wilkie and Andrea Tofanelli).
