Con's long out-of-print album is finally available on digital A variety of Moog synth, oscillator & sampling for an imaginative electronic album. A large part is reserved for surreal, haunted soundscapes. Not turbulent, noisy and stormy but more into a dark, atmospheric ambience. The pieces are well elaborated, rather abstract and transparent, with "loops" & obsessional harmonics. This is electronic music but closer to the mark of quality offered by "cosmic" synthesists (Klaus Schulze, Edgar Froese...) than to sound installations defined for conceptual art. An accessible and representative album for beginners.
