Sarah Rumer ist Soloflötistin des renommierten Orchestre de la Suisse Romande und stellt mit Ullrich Koella (Klavier) hier eher unbekanntere Werke für Flöte und Klavier aus der Feder von tschechischen Komponisten vor. Unter anderem machen sie uns mit einem Werk von Geraldine Mucha (1917-2012) bekannt, der Schwiegertochter von Alfons Mucha, einem der bedeutendsten Künstler des Jugendstils. Darüber hinaus gibt es Werke von Bohuslav Martinů, Jindřich Feld, Leoš Janáček, Erwin Schulhoff und Fritz Kreisler.

Sarah Rumer is principal flutist of the renowned Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and, together with Ullrich Koella (piano), presents here rather lesser-known works for flute and piano from the pen of Czech composers. Among others, they will introduce us to a work by Geraldine Mucha (1917-2012), the daughter-in-law of Alfons Mucha, one of the most important artists of Art Nouveau. There are also works by Bohuslav Martinů, Jindřich Feld, Leoš Janáček, Erwin Schulhoff and Fritz Kreisler.
