David_Edren, a synthesizer player from Antwerp, Belgium, who has released ambient and drone electronic music on labels such as Jj_Funhouse, Aguire, and Not_Not_Fun, has Codariocalyx", a 2015 album by David_Edren, has been redesigned and re-released by graphic designer Yudai_Osawa.

In the making of this album, he was influenced by Mort_Garson, known for his plant music, and the film "The_Secret_Life_Of_Plants" and Jack Mitsch's documentary "Mind_Of_Plants," among others, and he sprouted Kodalyocalyx and Mimosa pudica (tussock) seeds and documented their growth . This work, based on these observations and experiences, is a fresh ambient that gives a bird's-eye view of a small, lovely, boxy world and the activities of these plants with their mysterious moving properties.
