True Stars is a 3-piece band from Bellingham,WA consisting of Jody Waymire (Guit/vox), Arnold Gallows (Bass), and Diane McQuesten (Drums). Their sound is influenced by bands such as Nirvana, Redd Kross, Teenage Fanclub, and the Muffs as well as early punk rock and 60's pop. Another energetic debut LP that manages to fascinate all 32 minutes and 32 seconds. These are essentially tough and noisy songs, but at the same time they have classic pop qualities.
