Katy Nicole brings a powerful voice to a unique cajun country sound that incorporates country, cajun, rock, blues and gospel. With a voice that reminds you of Patsy Cline and Bonnie Raitt, she utilizes many of the amazing musicians from Louisiana to create a sound that demands to be heard. Katy Nicole is a Louisiana country girl through and through. A true bayou girl, this energetic young lady has a true love of music and people that has led her to performing all across the south, from the byways of Louisiana to the Gulf coast, up to Nashville and even on the famous stages of Branson. Katy enjoys not just singing but entertaining. Her performances have garnered her much attention and led to several awards including Louisiana Kids Entertainer of the Year, the Branson Super Competition Grand Champion Vocalist, Kids on First National Champion Vocalist in Branson in both 2014 and 2015, the title of NYLA Triple Threat Performer and many more! Katy sees music as a way to touch the heart and soul of a person and spends much of her free time singing and entertaining at nursing homes, assisted living centers and special needs facilities across the great state of Louisiana. She volunteers regularly at the local chapter of the ARC and with Louisiana Kids, Inc. You'll typically find Katy dressed in rhinestones and curls, ready to perform or represent. But when she's not, she's barefoot and muddy, a bayou girl who enjoys fishing and hunting and riding her horse or four-wheeler through the woods and cane fields that she calls home.
