Bangles feat. Susanna Hoffs - Definitive Collection (2003)

Definitive Collection is a compilation by the American women's Bangles team led by Suzanne Hoffs, released in 2003 on Sony Music. In 1981, Suzanne meets the Peterson sisters (Vicki and Debbie) and the girls form their own rock band. A little later they were joined by bassist Annette Zilinskas. At first, the newly formed band (which changed several names in a short time, eventually settling on The Bangles) played music stylistically close to garage rock. Between 1981-82, the band recorded the single "Getting Out Of Hand", as well as a five-song EP. The Bangles 'finest hour came with the departure of Zhilinskas-in her place came Michelle Steele and soon the band released their first commercially successful album" All Over The Place " on the Columbia label. The next two albums were even more successful, making the Bangles one of the key American artists of the 80s.
