From the Mouth of the Sun - Valley of the Hummingbirds (2023)

From the Mouth of the Sun present ‘Valley of the Hummingbirds,’ out October 13th through Lost Tribe Sound. The new full-length album feels congruent with their catalog work while also representing something slightly different. These compositions were written for the dance performance of the same name by Greek choreographers Danae & Dionysios. The run of performances took place at Staatstheater Braunschweig during spring 2022. Since then, Aaron Martin and Dag Rosenqvist have spent a good deal of time adapting these long-form works, approaching it more as they would a proper album release.
