Andrés Steiner - Anachronistic Rapture (2024) [Hi-Res]

Anachronistic Rapture; materialises through the instantiation of six electro-acoustic compositions. These compositions, fundamentally, constitute a fusion of studio microphones, two distinct acoustic pianos, a singular acoustic violin, an acoustic guitar, and modular-analog hardware.
The sonic constituents underwent diverse digital processes, ranging from fundamental equalisation to modulation synthesis and distortion.
At the epicentre of this musical anthology lies the violin, an acoustic instrument meticulously showcased in various manifestations. This instrument alternates between crystalline clarity, atmospheric resonance, and deliberate distortion.
Little remains to expound upon regarding the rationale and auditory motifs permeating this album. A recurring sonic element typically comprises field recordings, rendering their conspicuous absence a tantalising enigma.
