Deep Purple - From The Setting Sun… (In Wacken) (2015)

Deep Purple was formed in 1968. The band is one of the best-known and most influential bands of the hard rock style, considered by many to be the forerunners of heavy metal, along with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Although the group is considered a hard rock band, in addition to that, several musical styles can be found in their music. Their records made at the end of the 60s were characterized by progressive rock, psychedelic and blues rock, classical music, and the pop music of the era. With their albums made in the early 1970s, they turned towards a harder music world, which made them one of the most popular hard rock bands in the world. With the end of the hard rock era, their art was enriched with fusion jazz rock and soul and funky elements.
