The Bee Gees are an English pop group formed by three brothers Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb and Maurice Gibb. During their 45-year career, the Gibb brothers had 19 number-one songs, the only ones besides The Beatles to have five songs in the US TOP 10 at the same time (March 4, 1978: Love Is Thicker Than Water (No. 1) - Andy Gibb, Stayin' Alive (2nd), Emotion (4th) - Samantha Sang, Night Fever (5th) and How Deep Is Your Love (10th)). They have won several Grammy awards, sold more than 120 million copies of their albums in the countries of the world, together with their singles, they bought nearly 200 million copies of their records, making them one of the most successful musical formations of all time.

They had 7 Grammy Awards and 8 Grammy Award nominations. They received the Lifetime Achievement Award, became members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Barry Gibb of the Songwriters Hall of Fame. They received significant awards not only as musicians, but also as music producers.

The Gibb brothers wrote more than 1,000 songs, and their songs were performed and sung by such world celebrities as Elvis Presley, Janis Joplin, Bonnie Tyler, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Samantha Sang, Dionne Warwick, Céline Dion, Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton and Cliff Richard.
