Have you ever been enchanted by the harmony of architecture and music?
Meet the master of both art forms, the architect who composes music, inspired by famous buildings. His name is Ron van Leeuwen His compositions are not ordinary pieces of music, but a sonic representation of the soul of a building.

Through his deep understanding of architecture and his passion for music, he bridges the gap between these two art forms. He listens to the silence between the walls, to the echoes of history and to the emotions that a building evokes. With his music he knows how to translate these elements into a language that everyone can understand – the language of music.

The catchy melodies and grooves reflect the different buildings, from the Great Wall of China via the Empire State Building to modern icons such as the Gherkin. Together with beautiful images and animations, you are touched by the beauty and emotion of the music, which makes you look at buildings in a new way.

The pieces of music, each inspired by a famous building, are played by the renowned Paradox Jazz Orchestra. This big band led by conductor Jasper Staps consists of top musicians from the Dutch jazz world.

Two soloists perform several buildings: Irma van Pamelen and Tijmen Veelenturf. Irma is a Dutch singer, known for performances with established names and various orchestras. Tijmen is a well-known violinist in the light genre.
