Handsome Poets was founded in 2009 and exists after several line-up changes in the year 2012 from singer Tim van Esch, drummer Daniel Smith, keyboardist and guitarist Nils Davidse Eelke Mastenbroek.In January 2010 appeared the track Blinded as a single, the track was recorded for the movie Chance. In November 2010 appeared the second single, Dance (The War Is Over). This was declared 3FM megahit and gets # 34 in the Top 40.
