Soulful & Raw Funk! Uptight is just as much for fans of hot dancefloors as for music lovers in search of new auditory sensations. It makes your ears tingle and wears out your soles. But it's best discovered on stage, where Uptight unleash their raw, spicy sound. The proof?

UPTIGHT is a Parisian band addicted to the stage, with a sound that veers between Soul and Heavy-Funk. Honed in concert after concert (New Morning, Point Ephémère, Enghien Jazz Festival...) the UPTIGHT show propels you into a new dimension of liberating energy. The group has also taken their soul to Tanzania for a festival in Dar es Salaam and a tour of Vietnam. In 2015, UPTIGHT recorded their first self-produced L.P. entitled "Soul Kitchen", followed in 2017 by a 3-track E.P. entitled "UPTIGHT". Today the band is releasing a new EP "Tomorrow Is My Turn" recorded live on analogue tape for an ever more authentic sound.
