Aleksi Glick - World Traveler (2024) [Hi-Res]

“World Traveler” is a brand new release from guitarist and composer Aleksi Glick. The ten-track album straddles several genres while attempting to remain true to Aleksi’s musical voice and vision. The album features nine originals and one cover; the music moves from Jazz to Blues, Americana to R&B, and Bossa Nova to Soul. Many of the compositions on World Traveler were inspired by the guitarist’s travels. Quite a few songs were written in unusual places during my travels including: a picturesque bench in a Japanese garden, the side of a road in Finland, a stoop in the middle of New Orleans, a few seemingly mundane layovers at airports, and a rooftop in sunny LA.

World Traveler reflects Aleksi’s musical journey thus far and aims to inspire a sense of adventure and a love of travel in the listener.
