The Ikan Method - Perfect Tyranny (2024)

After four years Perfect Tyranny, the Ikan Method second album is finished !
Like the first album it is inspired by the progressive rock of the 80s and 90s, so very melodic and catchy songs, but at the same time very energetic, with influences both tending towards metal and AOR, sometimes dissonant, but always with its own personality.

The lyrics deal with how more and more, in the digital age, the individual is treated as an entity that must be controlled and educated to consume, without having thoughts that diverge from the single thought in general. From this concept arise questions and considerations in people who, knowing that they cannot totally escape from the system, try to live consciously by passing through the meshes of this global web in which they are trapped.
